Order to Delivery Process
Step 1: Customer Places an Order
- Once the order is placed, we make sure and order confirmation email sent to customer, this tells the customer that we have received the order.
- The order is then sent to the writing department, which enables the analysts to carefully screen and identify the most appropriate writer for the task.
- Once analysed and identified, the order details are forwarded to the Writing Department who wait for clearance from the finance department.
Step 2: Order Processed
- After the paper has been analysed and the payment is cleared from the finance department, the paper is assigned to the writer.
- In case there are additional details such as scanned documents or samples the customers wants the writer to refer to, are provided by the customer and will be given to the writer.
- In case some customers which large dissertations or essays, they are provided with the Email address to contact the Writing Department in case they need to update or follow up on the progress.
Step 3: Paper Written
- Once all details and requirements are met, the assigned writer completes the report and submits for QA.
- Once the paper is completed by the writer, QA screens for Plagiarism, Spelling, and Grammar etc before submitting the paper to the sourcers who are responsible to check that all material is properly referenced.
- When QA submits to sourcers, sourcers check each and every reference being cited to make sure that the mater
- Sourcer approves delivery once compliance is met.
Step 4: Delivery
- Once all requirements are met, the paper is delivered to the customer via email on the specified deadline provided by customer at the time of order.
- The customer has an option to ask for a specific format such as DOC, DOCX, PDF etc. and that too will be delivered via E-Mail, on the E-Mail address provided at the time of order.
Quality Control Process
The Writer
- EssayKingdom makes sure that the every Writer proof-reads their own work for any errors in their text prior to submission to the QA department.
- The writers also make sure they understood the topic and have written according to requirements specified by the customer.
- Once they have fixed any mistakes or typos, the writer submits work to be checked by QA Department.
The QA Team
- Once the paper has been passed on to the QA team from the writer, QA Checks for Plagiarism, Errors in grammar, Sentence Structure, Formatting etc.
- In case the QA team finds any mistakes or errors, the paper is sent back to writer for revision.
- Once the QA team is satisfied with the quality of the paper, they finally send the paper to the Sourcers, who check the accuracy for all references used.
Sourcers
- Sourcers play a vital role by scanning and verifying all reference materials used for Accuracy, Citations, and etc.
- Upon successful completion, the Sourcers approve the paper for delivery, in case errors are found, they are sent back to writer for review, and process continues till Quality standards are fully met.
